Return and Refund Policy
Introduction
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions described in this policy.
Change of Mind and Defective Products
There are two different situations under which a return may be requested.
Change of Mind (Right of Withdrawal)
If you decide that you no longer want the product, you may return it without providing any reason. In this case, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Product
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and clearly indicate that the product is faulty or incorrect.
This situation is covered by the legal warranty, meaning you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. We will arrange, where appropriate, a repair, replacement, or full refund.
Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must:
- Be unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we reserve the right to apply a proportional reduction to the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following products unless they are defective:
- Intimate or personal hygiene products with the protective seal removed.
The following items are also non-returnable due to their nature:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
How to Request a Return
Before sending your item back, you must notify us by email at info.camilafashions@gmail.com.
Please include your order number in your message. Providing the reason for the return is optional and is not required as a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.
Please wait for our confirmation before shipping the product. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the correct return address and detailed shipping instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the return address we provide after approving the request.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The refund will be completed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the return is approved.
