Order Processing
Once your purchase has been confirmed, your order enters the preparation stage.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
Our standard processing time is 24–48 hours before the order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability.
Products that are immediately available are generally shipped within the lower end of the estimated timeframe, while products requiring supplier replenishment may take closer to the upper end.
Duties and Taxes
All applicable import duties and taxes are included in the purchase price.
You will not be required to pay any additional customs duties, import taxes, or delivery charges upon receiving your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment at any time.
Responsibility During Transit
We remain responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered.
This includes any loss or damage occurring during transit, unless you specifically choose a shipping carrier that was not offered by us during checkout.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipment preparation, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Changes to Shipping Information
You may request changes to your delivery address or contact telephone number while your order is still being processed.
Once the order has been dispatched, shipping information can no longer be modified due to carrier restrictions.
If delivery cannot be completed because incorrect information was provided by the customer, the cost of reshipping the order will be the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Delays
Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- High shipping volumes.
- Courier delays.
- Customs procedures.
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Other logistical disruptions.
In all cases, delivery will not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
